RIDER REGISTRATION
West Linn Snowboard Team is considered a club sport and therefore has more steps in the registration process than a "typical" school sport. Riders must complete the rider-parent registration steps for the team, complete the official OSAA physical form, and complete the necessary registration through the OISA. If you have any questions about the registration process, please email the board at

Rider-Parent Information Form

1. Fill out the rider information form. Rider demographics will be sent directly to the West Linn snowboard board.
OSAA Health History Form

2. Fill out the OSAA standard school sports participation form. This physical is valid for 2 years of participation. Please email form to westlinnsnowboard@gmail.com or submit form directly to a West Linn snowboard board member for our records.

3. Fill out the OISA rider registration per website prompts. This registration is due November 30th.
