RIDER REGISTRATION
WLHS Snowboard Team is a club sport and therefore has more steps in the registration process than a "typical" school sport. Riders must complete the rider-parent registration steps for the team, the WLHS registration process, and registration through the OISA. If you have any questions about the registration process in general, please email the team. If you have questions regarding fees, please visit the fees page.
WLHS Rider-Parent Information Form
Rider-Parent Info Form:
Please complete the rider-parent information form. The information provided in the form gives the team the information needed to update data for riders and their parents/guardians, and helps ensure we have correct contact information for team communication.
Medical History Form:
Complete the medical history form and email to wlhs.oisaliaison@gmail.com.
WLHS Registration
Each rider must register with West Linn High School through Aktivate (formerly Register My Athlete). The winter registration opens November 1. Athletic clearance is due November 7. If you have questions about the process, please contact Shannon Maloney.
OISA Rider Registration
OISA registration is now live. Each rider must register with the OISA by December 1. Any late registrations (up through December 15) will be charged a late registration fee. As part of the OISA registration process, riders need to complete a Meadows Competition Waiver (for league, select "Rivers") and a Providence Consent Form. Once completed, the Providence Consent Form needs to be emailed to wlhs.oisaliaison@gmail.com.
