EXPECTATIONS
RIDER EXPECTATIONS
• All riders will need to complete a rider’s contract (standard WLHS student athletic agreement).
• All riders are expected to attend all practices and competitions. This is not a ski bus. We are a competitive snowboard team focused on developing snowboard riding skills.
• All riders MUST be able to load/unload a chair lift safely.
• All riders MUST wear a helmet at all times when on the mountain.
• All riders MUST practice and compete in their jersey/ team jacket.
• All riders MUST represent their school and team in a respectful and responsible manner.
• Riders are encouraged to participate in fundraising events.

PARENT EXPECTATIONS
• All parents are highly encouraged to volunteer and/or donate their skills (e.g., photography, video editing, etc.), help provide snacks/water for team practices and competitions.
• On-mountain parent volunteers/chaperones for competitions will receive a lift ticket voucher good for a FREE day at Mt. Hood Meadows.
• Bus chaperones and on-mountain volunteers MUST complete school-provided vector training.
• On-mountain competition volunteers must attend the volunteer clinic on November 27. (In years past the clinic was recorded and volunteers were able to meet this requirement by watching the recording.)
• Volunteer opportunities will be managed through SignUpGenius.
