About WLHS Snowboard Team
The West Linn High School Snowboard Team was organized in 2009 and has since its inception existed for the benefit of high school snowboarders who train and compete for WLHS and its affiliated schools. WLHS Snowboard Team also welcomes riders who are home-schooled and would otherwise not have the opportunity to participate in high school snowboard competitions.
What We Do
Riders train with WLHS Snowboard Team coaches and compete for their own schools during the Three Rivers League's (TRL) competitions against other TRL schools. Riders who qualify also compete during the State Finals in March. The team hires dedicated coaches to teach riders the skills needed to compete. All of our coaches are passionate about snowboarding and love to mentor younger riders. The WLHS Snowboard Team strives for 10:1 ration of riders to coaches.
